How to reach the nod team.

Most questions are answered fastest in the conversation. For anything that needs a person, send a message here and the team will reply by email.

Send a message

Say which email you used with nod, and whether you want a copy of your information, a correction or deletion. We may verify your identity before acting.

We use these details only to reply to you. See the Privacy Notice.

About an opportunity you want to share

Start a conversation on the home page. You do not need an account, and you can stop at any point — nothing is submitted until you review it and verify your email.

About something you already submitted

Ask about a submission in the conversation and verify the same email you used. Your status, and any note the nod team has left for you, appear once that email is verified. We do this rather than answering questions about a submission to whoever happens to ask.

For anything else about it, send a message with the subject “Help with a submission” and include your reference.

Privacy, data and deletion requests

Choose “Privacy request” in the form above to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of information nod holds about you. This is also the right place if you believe an opportunity involving you was submitted without a proper basis. We may verify your identity before acting.

You can also ask about privacy in the conversation. See the Privacy Notice for what is held and for how long.

If nod contacted you

You were contacted because someone described an opportunity involving you and either confirmed they had your permission, or you confirmed it yourself through a private invitation. Either way you can ask us to stop — choose “The nod team contacted me” in the form — and we will.

If you want to know how your details reached us, ask — you are entitled to a straight answer, subject to the submitter’s own privacy choices.

Who operates nod

nod is operated by the nod team. Legal pages, contracts, invoices and payout records identify the complete registered operator, and branding never stands in for that.
