nod collects the information you enter in the referral intake, including contact details, project context, relationship and qualification details, attribution, and email-verification records. We also process security data such as HMAC-hashed IP, session, and email dimensions.

Why we use the data

We use it to review and follow up on referrals, verify submitters, prevent abuse, operate the service, satisfy legal requests, and improve the intake using non-identifying funnel events. We do not use referral data for advertising audiences or retargeting.

Providers

Neon stores the authoritative lead record. Resend delivers verification and operational email. Vercel hosts and protects the application. Approved model providers process bounded conversation text through Vercel AI Gateway to answer business and referral questions and structure an opportunity. Production conversations are not routed through provider free tiers that permit training use. WordPress supplies editorial content.

Retention

• Drafts, sessions, and transcripts: 14 days.
• OTP records: 30 days.
• Abuse records and unknown questions: 90 days.
• Ordinary submitted, rejected, or non-converted leads: 12 months.
• Accepted, converted, or reward-related leads: 24 months.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email, subject to applicable legal requirements. Contact privacy@nodclub.com. We may verify your identity before acting.

If you share information about another person, you are responsible for having authority to do so and for giving them appropriate notice.
